Sangwoo Kim B&M Finance Manager
#Process #Organism #Littlebylittle
When I graduated from university, I believed that I could completely separate my professional and personal life. I thought I could put my personal values aside and a job doesn't necessarily have to give a great meaning in life. However, it did not take too long for me to realize that professional values are the subset of my own belief and ideas, which are an important part of who I am. If my personal life can not be separated from work, I thought I should work in an environment that allows me to incorporate my own values into my work. Then, I met Root Impact. I may not be the one who could change the world through creating a tremendous innovation or by becoming the biggest philanthropist. Yet, I believe that the world could become a better place than yesterday, if I put an effort of making a small contribution each day, with the intention of doing good and right.
